I hold a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Saybrook University (2020). I completed my clinical training at the Simmons University Counseling Center, where I developed a love of working with young adults and those of any age in periods of transition and transformation. Prior to being a therapist, I worked as a farmer and food justice organizer for over 8 years. I graduated with a BA from the Evergreen State College in 2013, with a focus in political economy and food policy. I am licensed as an LMHCA in Washington State, license number LH61420480.

I love living in the lush Northwest and spend much of my free time outside. I also draw joy, inspiration, and goofiness from my great pyrenees dog, Tanner. Tanner is frequently in the office, so you are likely to meet him if you schedule in person sessions. Octavia Butler and Ursula K. Le Guin are among my favorite writers and visionaries.
